Pomegranate chicken

Ingredients for Cooking Chicken with Pomegranate

  1. Chicken fillet 1 piece
  2. Pomegranate 1 piece
  3. Dry red wine 100 milliliters
  4. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Seasoning to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: clean the pomegranate.


Rinse and clean the pomegranate in any way convenient for you.

Only grain without partitions is needed, leave the pomegranate juice that will stand out when cleaning.

Step 2: fry the chicken.


Heat in a pan 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and place it in a skillet. Add seasoning, it is possible universal, but it is possible especially for chicken. Add salt and pepper as well, if they are not in seasoning.

Step 3: add the pomegranate.


When the chicken turns golden, add pomegranate seeds to the pan with juice and mix well, leaving it to simmer in the middle eye.

Step 4: add the wine.


Add red wine and continue cooking. Stew until the sauce becomes thicker, that is, until most of the wine and pomegranate juice evaporate.

Step 5: cook the pic.


At the same time, while the chicken is stewed, cook the rice. Just rinse and boil it in salted water until tender.

Step 6: serve the chicken with pomegranate.


Put cooked rice on a plate, and on top of it, chicken stewed in wine along with pomegranate seeds. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy. Tasty, original and quite simple. Awesome dinner, isn't it ?!
