Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it in half lengthwise to make 4 pieces.
Finely chop onion and garlic.
Peel the apples and seeds, and then cut into small cubes.
If you have whole canned tomatoes, you also need to cut them.

Step 2: fry the chicken.
