Ingredients for making brussels sprouts in mayonnaise batter


  1. Wheat flour 3 tablespoons

  4. Natural yogurt 1 tablespoon

Step 1: Cook Brussels Sprouts.

Boil water with salt and sugar and dip peeled and washed Brussels sprouts into it. Wait until the water boils again and cook everything 10-15 minutesuntil the cabbage is soft. Drain and discard the vegetables in a colander.

Take a tall dish so that you can whip everything in it with a mixer without spraying everything around. In this dish, load all the ingredients necessary for making batter and beat them.

You should get a homogeneous mass. Liquid, but thick enough to hold on a spoon.

Step 3: fry Brussels sprouts in mayonnaise batter.

Heat oil in a pan. Pour a handful of Brussels sprouts into the batter, then catch the buds covered with the full batter with a fork and dip them in oil. Fry the cabbage until golden brown. Catch with a slotted spoon so as not to pick up oil.
After frying, blot the Brussels sprouts with paper towels.
