Ingredients for Cooking Fried Chicken Fillet with Vegetables
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Cooking oil or margarine
- Green peas frozen 250 grams
- Carrot 1 piece (large)
- Parsley root 1 piece
- Leek 1 piece (medium size)
- Onion 1 piece (large)
- Potato 4 pieces
- Hot paprika 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley and dill to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Cut the chicken into small cubes, then you need to dry it and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Parsley root and carrots peel, rinse and grate finely. Cut leek into thin rings. Chop the onions in small cubes. Chop the greens, and cut the potatoes into slices 3 mm thick.
Step 2: fry the chicken.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutesstirring often. After frying, put the chicken on a plate.
Step 3: add the vegetables.
Fry the onions and leeks in a free pan, adding a little more oil if necessary. Fry 5 minutesthen add carrots, parsley and peas, mix. Cook yet 10 minutes.
Fry the potatoes separately until tender.
When the vegetables and potatoes are ready, combine them in one pan and add the previously fried chicken fillet. Add greens, a little more pepper and salt, as well as paprika, reduce heat to a minimum and fry another 2 minutes.
Step 4: serve the fried chicken with vegetables.
Serve the fried chicken with vegetables hot as the main course. Garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes on top or add the sauce to your taste.
