Boiled Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients for Cooking Boiled Chicken Cutlets

  1. Chicken leg (boiled) 1 piece
  2. Oatmeal porridge 4-5 tablespoons
  3. Onion 1/2 pieces
  4. 1/2 carrot
  5. Egg 1 piece
  6. Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

Step 1: fry the vegetables.


Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it first until transparent, then add the carrots and simmer everything until soft over medium heat, stirring often.
Then put the vegetables in a deep plate and let them cool.

Step 2: mix the ingredients for the minced meat.


Cook porridge according to the standard recipe, you can take any other cooked cereal, to your taste and choice. Mix oatmeal with vegetables.
Add finely chopped boiled chicken, egg and salt, pepper to taste. Then mix very carefully to make the mixture as homogeneous as possible. Leave on 15 minutes, then add flour and mix again.

Step 3: fry boiled chicken cutlets.


Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the mass for cutlets in it with a spoon. Cutlets should be small and flat. You need to fry them on 2.5 minutes on each side, just to make them golden.

Step 4: serve the boiled chicken cutlets.

Serve ready cutlets with sour cream or salted vegetables. Delicious. Especially good with pickled cucumbers. Just beauty!
