Ingredients for Making Chicken Drumsticks with Honey and Cinnamon
- Pickled mushrooms 100 grams
- Chicken drumsticks 5 pieces
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Fresh thyme 4 sprigs (for decoration)

Baking tray, baking sleeve, knife, cutting board.
Step 1: clean the chicken drumsticks.
Rinse the chicken drumsticks and use a sharp knife to cut off the skin and remove it.
Peel the garlic and finely chop. Then rub chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Step 2: bake chicken drumsticks.
Fold the prepared drumsticks in the baking sleeve, add thyme and cinnamon. Tie a sleeve and shake it well several times so that the spices are evenly distributed over the chicken.
Send the chicken in the sleeve up to 180 degrees oven on 50 minutes, approximately (depends on the size of the legs).
Step 3: add honey.
