Hawaiian Salad Ingredients

  1. Pineapple fresh half whole
  2. Chicken fillet 1 piece
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Hot pepper to taste
  6. Canned corn 1/2 tins
  7. Hard cheese 100 grams
  8. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  9. Parsley to taste
  10. Bulgarian red pepper for decoration

Frying pan, kitchen knife, tablespoon, salad bowl.

Cooking:

Step 1: fry the chicken.


Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and hot pepper (you can also add other spices that you like) and send them to fry in oil in a well-heated pan. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Do not hold the fillet for a long time so that it remains juicy inside.
After frying, let the fillet rest for a while and cool, and then cut the chicken into cubes.

Step 2: chop the pineapple.


With a sharp knife you need to remove the flesh from the pineapple half without damaging the peel. Cut the pulp into cubes the same size as the chicken pieces.

Step 3: mix the Hawaiian salad.


Combine chicken, pineapple and corn grains in a bowl. Dice the cheese and add it to the other ingredients. Season everything to taste with salt and pepper, season with mayonnaise, mix well and start half the pineapple with the resulting salad.
Decorate the dish with fresh herbs and slices of bell pepper on top to give the salad a bright festive look.
