In a yena bowl, greased with butter, I placed the sliced potatoes (first layer), over which I grated a little cheese, beaten eggs (half), fresh thyme, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and chopped green garlic. Then another layer of potatoes, grated cheese, salt, pepper. In the other half of the beaten eggs I put a tablespoon of sour cream and mixed well, pouring over the potatoes. Then plenty of grated cheese, thyme, chopped parsley and garlic, and finally grated cheese and pepper. I covered the pot with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes, then I left the pot uncovered until it browned.
Super delicious, but ... very consistent :)
