Cooking wheat porridge with roast:

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, add the onions and carrots and fry for 7-10 minutes. Next, add washed wheat grits, 2 cups of water, salt and pepper to taste. After boiling, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Before serving, you can add butter.
