Ingredients for making pork shoulder in a sleeve
- Pork shoulder 1.2-1.5 kilograms
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Seasoning universal 1,5-2 teaspoons
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Tarragon 1 teaspoon
- Marjoram 1 teaspoon
- Sweet Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Baking tray, baking sleeve, plate, spoon, kitchen knife.
Step 1: prepare the marinade.
Mix all the ingredients for marinade in one plate. Thanks to the fact that you breed everything with oil, you get a paste that is quite easy to apply to meat.
Step 2: pickle the pork shoulder.
Wash the pork shoulder, dry it and very carefully cover the marinade on all sides. Then make small cuts in the meat. Peel and cut the cloves of garlic into thin slices and insert into previously made incisions.
Cover the meat with cling film or a lid so that it does not wind and put the spatula in the refrigerator at least 1 hourbut better at night.
Step 3: bake the pork shoulder in the sleeve.
Put the pickled shoulder in the sleeve and pack tightly. Each kilogram of meat should be baked for 1 hour, that is, your piece will be ready in about 1.2-1.5 hours. But first send it preheated to 220 degrees oven on 15 minutesand then reduce the temperature to 180 and bake 1.2-1.5 hours.
At the end, open the sleeve and send the meat back so that it is slightly fried on top and gets a brownish crust.
After leaving the pork shoulder to rest on the table for 10-15 minutes, and can be served.
Step 4: serve the pork shoulder in the sleeve.
Cut the cooked pork shoulder into portioned portions and serve with a vegetable side dish. The meat retains its juiciness inside, absorbing the aroma and taste of spices. Great holiday dish.
