Ingredients for Making Curd Cupcakes

  1. Curd 150 grams
  2. Eggs 3 pieces
  3. Margarine 150 grams
  4. Sugar 1 cup
  5. Wheat flour 1 cup
  6. Soda or baking powder for dough optional

Cooking curd muffins:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


First beat the chicken eggs with sugar using a mixer or whisk.
Melt the margarine, cool it a little and pour into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Mash the cottage cheese and add it to the egg-margarine mixture. Shuffle.

Sift the wheat flour and mix it with soda or baking powder, and then add to the curd mass and knead thick batter. Stir until the mass is smooth and without lumps.

Step 2: bake the curd muffins.


To prevent the dough from sticking and sticking, grease the muffin pan with butter or vegetable oil. Spoon the curd dough into the molds. Do not fill to the top, as during baking the mass will rise.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the completed forms to it. Bake curd muffins for 30 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.

Step 3: serve the curd muffins.


Ready-made curd muffins need to be cooled at room temperature, and then serve them with tea. You can just like that, with jam or butter. Very tasty anyway.
