- Turkey liver (you can take chicken) 300 grams

Step 1: fry the liver.
Clean and rinse the liver well, cut after small cubes.
Take a small container, always with a lid, pour flour and chopped liver into it. Close the lid and gently, but very vigorously shake, so that the pieces of the liver are covered with flour on all sides. Pour the liver into a sieve to get rid of excess flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the liver in it until golden brown on all sides. Cook over medium heat so that the pieces are cooked not only from the outside, but also from the inside.
Transfer well-fried liver to a sieve to get rid of excess oil.
Return the liver back to the hot pan. Pepper, salt to taste and add aromatic herbs. Remove from heat.
Step 2: stew the spinach.
Melt the butter in another pan and fry the garlic in it until it gives flavor. But don't let the garlic turn brown.
Add washed and dried spinach to the pan and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutesstirring constantly. Spinach should greatly decrease in volume. At the very end of cooking you need to pepper and salt it to taste.
Step 3: add the red onion.
Put the spinach in the plates, then the liver. Put onion sliced in red rings on top. Salt, pepper, season with olive oil (optional) and serve hot.
