Dads are very loved in my family. No one refuses a portion of warm papanasi covered in sour cream and sweet and sour jam. And because they are so easy, I gave up ordering them at the restaurant for a long time, but I make them at home whenever I am asked :)
- 500 gr sweet cow's cheese (fat)
- 250-350 gr flour
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 lamie essence
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- sour cream
- sour sweetness

RECIPE PREPARATION Papanasi (video recipe):
Mix the cheese with the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, lamiae essence and baking soda. Add the flour little by little and knead a suitable dough that does not stick to your hands. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes then shape into palm-sized balls in the middle of which you make a hole with your thumb. Widen the hole and beautifully shape the papanas. for the top cover shape a ball the size of an apricot. Fry the papanas in an oil bath in a high-walled pan. Serve hot, covering them with sour cream and jam.
