Put the pears in a pan with butter and sugar and put them on the fire until the sugar starts to change color, then put a little cinnamon and set aside. Let cool.

Meanwhile we prepare the dough for pancakes:

-mix eggs with sugar and salt powder until creamy then add oil, milk and finally flour and baking powder.

Let the composition cool for 30 minutes, then take it out and put the caramelized pears in it, then prepare the pancakes:

-take a small polish or 2 tablespoons of the composition and put it in the pan (the composition will stretch on its own) and turn them when they make bubbles on the surface, then leave them for 1 minute on the other side and put them aside.

We put the pancakes on top of each other and when they are all ready we cover them to keep them warm, then we prepare the chocolate sauce:

-melze the chocolate on a steam bath and thin it with a little milk or liquid cream (until we get the desired consistency).

We serve the pancakes with chocolate sauce .... A treat !!!

Bake Overturned tart with caramelized pears, almonds and puff pastry

Put the tray with pears and burnt sugar in the oven heated to 180C for 10-15 minutes, until the pears soften a little. I said that I need a lighter caramel because it will close in the next stages of baking.

Remove the tray with the soaked pears and cover with the puff pastry sheet. Prick with a fork from place to place so as not to make unsightly blisters (prick is done as the sheet is on the table, before placing it over the fruit). Put the tray back in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

When the dough is brown and has risen nicely it is ready!

How to turn a pear and burnt sugar tart?

Prepare a plate or tray of suitable size lined with baking paper and quickly turn the tart on it. The technique is simple but requires attention. Remove the form from the oven and cover with the tray in which it will be overturned. With 2 thick kitchen cloths, grab the edges of both trays and turn them over with a short and determined movement. Be very careful not to sprinkle yourself with hot caramel syrup !!

With the help of the same kitchen rags, grab the form in which it was baked and lift it quickly (if it manages to cool the caramel in it, it stays there. It comes out with a chisel :).

Look what a miracle is revealed to your eyes! Pears swim in golden caramel syrup, smells like vanilla & # 8230hmmm.

Pear cake and chocolate syrup with caramel sauce

Pear cake and chocolate syrup with caramel sauce. Chocolate and pear cake recipe. How to make fluffy cake with pears, chocolate and homemade caramel sauce? Cake with caramelized pears and chocolate.

I made this cake with pears and chocolate syrup with caramel sauce in duplicate. Two cakes for two picnics. It happened that on a Saturday in May we were invited separately (us, the parents and she, our daughter) to two events. She with new colleagues with some old friends. Mom & # 8230eu what am I going to picnic ?? Wait, I'll quickly make two good cakes with chocolate, caramel and pears. And I leave them in the baking trays that also have lids with handles, so that they are easy to transport.

Said and done: we work with double portion. The round shapes with detachable wall-ring have a diameter of 26 cm. For a 26 cm shape, I normally use 5 eggs for the countertop. NO pandispan baking powder needed !! I've seen people wonder how it grows and what to put on it to grow. Nothing! Only beaten egg whites foam well.

Hmm & what fruit to put? I have two kinds of pears: Williams (the juiciest and with greenish skin) and Kaiser (the firmest, with brown mottled skin). Perfect! Some will soften faster when cooked and others will remain crispy.

I like pears very much and I gladly include them in various recipes (both sweet and salty). I have another good recipe for Tartan Tatin with pears (see recipe here) or a duck breast & # 8211 duck breast with pear and quince (see recipe here).

The quantities below are for a cake with pears and chocolate syrup with caramel sauce baked in the shape of 26 cm (one serving).

Pancakes with caramelized pears and chocolate sauce./Pancakes with caramelized pears and chocolate sauce.

When I have a craving for sweets and I don't have much time (and no mood), I prepare something simple and delicious. what could be simpler than a portion of pancakes, be they classic or American ?! I leave you the recipe and I hope you like it.

2 eggs (I had them at home)
200 ml of milk
200 gr of flour
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar.
For caramelized pears:
100 gr peeled and diced pears
1 teaspoon grated butter
2-3 tablespoons of sugar
a little cinnamon.
For the chocolate sauce:
50 gr milk chocolate
a little milk or whipped cream

When I feel like dessert and I don't have much time (and not so much desire to do), I prepare something simple and delicious. there is nothing easier than a nice portion of pancakes. I leave you the recipe and I hope you like it.

2 organic eggs
200 ml of milk
200 g flour
2 tablespoons seed oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
For caramelized pears:
100 g pieces of pear
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of cinnamon.
For the chocolate sauce:
50 g milk chocolate
some fresh cream to whip

We put the pear pieces in a pan together with the sugar and butter then we put it on the fire until the pears start to change color. At this point we remove from the heat and add a pinch of cinnamon (if desired).
Now let's move on to the pancake dough:
-mount the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until they become creamy then add the seed oil, milk and finally the flour and yeast.
We put the obtained mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes, then before cooking the pancakes we add the caramelized pears to the mixture.
With a ladle we take some mixture and cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan on both sides.
When they are ready, cover them to keep them warm and prepare the chocolate sauce:
-we melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little fresh cream to whip (until you get the desired consistency).
Serve the pancakes with a cascade of chocolate sauce.
A delight.

How to make pear cake

In a bowl add butter (at room temperature) mix until it becomes a foam, then add powdered sugar, spoon by spoon (leaving the mixer at a lower stage, so as not to spread outside the bowl), mixing until it melts well.

eggs they will be added whole one by one, until they are well incorporated in the foam butter.

Flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa, it will be added in the rain, mixing with the spatula from the bottom up (giving up the mixer), until a homogeneous dough is obtained (without flour lumps).

a check tray, greased with butter and lined with baking paper, transfer dough, leveling it with a spatula, then from place to place add pieces of syrupy and cooled pears (without mixing the dough, they combine with the dough from the moment they are added).

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 190 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.

After baking, cake is removed from the tray to cool on a barbeque, then it is portioned into slices of approx 2 cm and served as such or powdered with vanilla sugar.

This cake can be served at breakfast next to a cup of tea, milk.

Pears in wine sauce

Here is a special and delicate dessert. It is extremely tasty, but very easy to prepare: Pears in wine sauce.

750 ml of red wine
5 pears
1 lemon
150 g sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 walnut kernels

Method of preparation

Peel the pears and put them in water with lemon juice.

Boil the wine with the cinnamon stick, sugar, cloves, 1/2 lemon, then add the pears and cover. Bring to a simmer, and after about 10 minutes remove the cloves, lemon and cinnamon stick.

The pears must be covered with wine or we keep spinning them on the path.

After the pears have boiled, take them out and add the broken walnut kernels and let them simmer until it decreases and begins to thicken (about 20 minutes), to become like honey.

RetetaVideo.ro: Pear and chocolate cake

Prepare a bowl in which we put flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder and a teaspoonful of salt and mix all the dry ingredients well.
Cut the pears in half, remove the box with the seeds, and then cut them into 2-3 cm thick slices (or into cubes). Sprinkle them with plenty of lemon juice so as not to change color by oxidation.
Heat the oven.
Put eggs in a bowl and mix until it doubles in volume. Add the vanilla extract and melted butter and mix until completely homogenous. Put the mixture of dry ingredients and mix lightly, with a spatula, until smooth. Add sour cream and mix lightly. Put the pieces of dark chocolate and the hazelnuts (or walnuts) and mix well.
We prepare a tray with a diameter of 24-26 cm, in which we arrange baking paper, which we grease with the butter cube. Sprinkle a little flour, so you can easily remove the dessert with pears. Pour the cake composition into the tray and level slightly on top.
Pass each slice of pear through the flour, on all sides, and then arrange them on top.
Put the tray in the oven heated to 170 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
When the pear cake passes the toothpick test, take it out of the oven and let it cool completely.
Remove the cooled pear tart from the pan, peel off the edges of the baking paper, place the cake on a plate and simply gently pull the baking paper under it. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Serve with a cup of ice cream next to it, or with a delicious vanilla sauce.

Finally I added the chocolate flakes, stirring lightly.

I poured the composition into the mold. The part with the overturning can be done even if you make it in a normal cake shape and you didn't feel skilled enough to move Easter from the tray to a plate.

Next came the preparation of the countertop. I rubbed the butter with the sugar. I added milk and egg and mixed.

I put flour, mixed with baking powder, then I incorporated cocoa.

I shaped it on top, but carefully, because the countertop has a higher density than the cow's cheese composition. I put it one by one and from place to place, then I leveled it lightly with a silicone spatula.

I baked Easter on low heat for about an hour. After it cooled down, I turned it over on a plate.
