Step 1: chop the chicken fillet.

Chicken fillet should be thawed, washed, dried with paper towels and cut into medium-sized cubes (3-4 centimeters).

Step 2: chop the onion.

Peel and chop the onion into very small pieces, add half a teaspoon of salt. Shuffle. Leave on 5 minutes.

Step 3: pickle.

Mix the chicken fillet with flour and the rest of the salt.

Add onion and salt now and mix well.

Sprinkle chicken with ground paprika. Stir again.

Now it’s the turn of ketchup and mustard. Add them to the chicken fillet, mix everything well, cover with cling film and leave to marinate on 15 minutes. This time is enough for chicken.

Step 4: fry the chicken fillet in ketchup and mustard marinade.

Of course, such meat will be deliciously cooked on the grill, but winter is in full swing, so somehow it’s not the season, so I just suggest frying it.
Heat oil in a frying pan and put chicken fillet in it so that the pieces do not touch. The easiest way to cook chicken in batches. During 5-6 minutes fry over medium heat, turning over so that the meat is covered with a golden brown. Then reduce heat to a minimum, cover and let go.

Step 5: serve the chicken fillet in ketchup and mustard marinade.

Ready-made chicken fillet is an excellent hot dish, especially with some simple side dish, such as mashed potatoes or boiled rice. But! You can make shawarma from it or send it to a salad. The marinade, in which the chicken lay, will give the dish a highlight.
Enjoy your meal!
