- Needles 1 handful
- Zest of an orange with 1/4 of an orange
- Water 500 milliliters
- Honey 1-2 teaspoons (to taste)
- Main Ingredients: Orange, Honey
- Serving 2 servings
Two cups, a teapot, paper towels, a towel, a knife.
Step 1: prepare the needles.
Rinse and dry the pine needles on a paper towel, then cut in half after using a knife to make the needles shorter.
Divide the prepared needles in half and pour into two different cups.
Step 2: prepare the zest of the orange.
Remove the orange zest from a well-washed fruit. Squeeze, trying not to grab the whitish part. Cut off the zest thinner in strips and lay out in cups just like needles.
Step 3: serve tea from pine needles and orange.
Boil water in a kettle and pour it into cups. Wait 5-8 minutes for the needles and zest to brew, add honey to the tea for sweetness and serve! Great drink at any time of the day. Winter evenings with such tea are just wonderful.
Enjoy your meal!
