Ingredients

  1. Silver carp fillet (or other white fish) 400 grams
  2. 4 eggs
  3. Tomatoes 3 pieces
  4. Arugula 1 handful
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Flour optional
  8. Vegetable oil for frying

Inventory:

Frying pan, knife, board, spatula, plate, whisk.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the fillet.


Defrost the fish fillet, rinse well, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Pepper, salt and leave on the table to "rest" on 15 minutes.

Step 2: beat the eggs.


Break eggs into a plate, add salt and pepper. Beat everything with a whisk or fork until smooth.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, add them to the eggs and mix well.

Step 3: fry the fish.


Heat oil in a pan.
Roll the fish fillet in flour and transfer them to the pan when the butter is hot enough. And fry until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4: add eggs to the fish.


When the fish becomes golden, pour beaten eggs with tomatoes into the pan. Add washed and dried arugula on top. Cover and cook over low heat until eggs are baked.

Step 5: serve the omelet with fish.
