Cooking eggs stuffed with mushrooms:
Step 1: Cook the eggs.
Rinse the eggs well and send to a pot of cold water. Put everything on a strong fire and cook. By placing the eggs immediately in hot water, you risk the shell cracking.
After cooking, dip the eggs in cold water and wait for them to cool.
Without peeling the eggs, cut them gently along in half.
Carefully remove the squirrels and yolks, removing them so far in a separate plate.
You should have empty whole shells left.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
Mushrooms and onions, peel, rinse and cut into small cubes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion and mushrooms in it until tender. Drain the excess fat and transfer the mushrooms with onions in a plate to the yolks and squirrels.
Crush everything with a fork, mixing and turning into a homogeneous paste.
Salt and pepper the filling to taste.
You can add a little oil to make the filling more sticky and easier to shape.
Fill the shell with the filling, so that you get a small pea. Tamp, but carefully.
Step 3: Fry the eggs stuffed with mushrooms.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, dip the eggs in the breadcrumbs with the filling down, and then put them in hot oil the same way (with the filling down).
Fry first over low heat, and then increase the power so that the crusts are crusted.
Remove the stuffed eggs from the heat and serve them hot to the table.
Step 4: serve the eggs stuffed with mushrooms.
Stuffed eggs cooked according to this recipe are best served hot and fried right before serving, but they are good after cooling. So try and decide for yourself what you like best. For me, this is a great idea for a festive table or to treat friends who have looked at the light.
Enjoy your meal!
