Diet bran pancakes

Ingredients for making bran bran fritters

  1. Oat bran 2 tablespoons
  2. Wheat bran 1 tablespoon
  3. Corn starch 2 tablespoons
  4. 1 chicken egg
  5. Kefir nonfat 130 grams
  6. 3 gram baking powder
  7. Salt to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Eggs, Kefir
  • Serving 4 servings

Frying pan with non-stick coating, spatula, plate, mixer, tablespoon.

Cooking diet bran fritters:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Mix kefir and egg in a plate. Mix them with a whisk or a fork to make a homogeneous mass.
In a separate plate, mix wheat and oat bran, starch, baking powder and salt.
Now pour the dry ingredients into a mixture of kefir and eggs. Mix homogeneous batter.
To make the bran swell a little, and the dough is better mixed, leave it to rest on 10 minutes at room temperature.

Step 2: fry bran bran pancakes.


Preheat the pan. Stir the dough and then spread a tablespoon of them to fry. Since the pan is non-stick, you do not need oil.

Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately after cooking.
