RECIPE PREPARATION Bolognese sauce:
Heat a little onion, then add the meat and let it cook a little, stirring constantly so that no pieces of meat remain boiling. Then add all the ingredients and a little water to cover the meat and let it simmer. It is advisable to cover the pot with a lid. Let it boil and add more water if needed, for 1 hour and a half (I know, you will say it's a lot, but the meat will be softer and tastier if it is boiled over low heat).
It is served with pasta but it goes very well with mashed potatoes!
