A frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, a plate, a mixer, a kitchen knife, a spatula, a lid.
Step 1: prepare the apples.
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices or small cubes.
Grease a frying pan with oil and warm. Then wipe with a paper towel.
Step 2: prepare the dough.
Beat eggs (they should be at room temperature) with sugar until airy. Whisk about 10 minutes. Then add yogurt and mix well until you regain your previous volume.
Then add oil, sifted wheat flour and baking powder. Mix with a spatula.
At the very end, add slices of apples and mix.
Step 3: fry the apple pie in a pan.
Pour the mass onto the prepared skillet, put everything on the slowest fire, cover and cook for 50 minutes.
Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. When the dough is almost baked from above, carefully transfer the pie to a plate, and then turn it back onto the pan without baking side down.
Cover and continue cooking. 10-15 minutesuntil the dough is completely baked.
Step 4: serve the apple pie in a pan.
Put the apple pie on a large plate, sprinkle the icing sugar on top and serve until it cools down to room temperature.
