Thinly sliced ​​1 kg of potato in circles and spread it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Fried until half-cooked mushrooms (300-400gr) and onions (2-3pcs), evenly spread over the potatoes. Put two bay leaves.
In a separate bowl, eggs (4pcs) mixed with grated cheese (200-300gr), chopped garlic (4 slices). Added sour cream (4 tbsp) and mayonnaise (2 tbsp). Stir into a homogeneous mass and spread on top of the potatoes. Salt, pepper to taste.
