I tried something new and I think it turned out delicious!
- a chicken breast
- vegetables for 2 people (at will)
- 125 gr bacon
- a little olive oil
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Baked vegetables with fried chicken breast and bacon:
I put the vegetables with a little oil at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, I put a little margarine in a pan and fried the chicken breast seasoned with vegeta. When it took on a little color, I took the pan with vegetables out of the oven and put it over the fried chicken with the oil from it. I put the bacon directly in the same pan without oil. I also put it over the vegetables and together for another 3 minutes in the oven.
It was ready to serve :)
