Step 1: Stew Spinach.

Peel and chop the cloves of garlic, fry them in olive oil. When the garlic gives a bright aroma, add chopped spinach leaves to it. Continue cooking, stirring until tender. Season with salt and thyme.

Remove the stewed spinach from the heat and add the grated cheese to it. Shuffle.

Step 2: chop the pork.

Slice the pork into slices 2 centimeters about. Make a pocket in the center of each slice and lightly beat the meat with a hammer to make it softer.
Salt and pepper the pork inside the "pockets" too.

Step 3: stuff the pork chops with spinach.

Fill the meat pockets with spinach, cheese and garlic.

Step 4: fry pork chops with spinach.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the stuffed pork over a high heat until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5: bake pork chops with spinach.

Transfer the pork chops with spinach to the baking tray and send to the preheated 180 degrees oven on 20-25 minutes.

Step 6: prepare the sauce.

Heat the broth, mix the flour with sour cream, add some hot broth to it, mix and pour into the pan. Cook the sauce, stirring until necessary density.

Step 7: Serve the pork chops with spinach.

Serve baked pork chops with spinach with a side dish of fresh herbs and buckwheat. Delicious. Pour over the meat with sour cream sauce and start your meal!
