Mushroom pancakes


  1. Eggs 2 pieces
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  4. Sweet Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Champignons 3 pieces
  6. Ham 2 thin slices
  7. Sweet red pepper 1/4 pieces
  8. Milk
  9. Wheat flour optional
  10. Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  11. Cheese 50 grams
  12. Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

All the ingredients prepared for the filling, cut into small cubes. Grate the cheese.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

In a deep bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Add the ham, mushrooms and pepper.

Add milk, vegetable oil and baking powder for the dough.

Mix everything until smooth with a whisk, add the grated cheese at the very end and mix everything very well again. The dough should turn out quite thick, thicker than on ordinary pancakes.

Step 3: fry the mushroom pancakes.

Heat oil in a pan. Using a spoon or ladle, put the pancake dough on a hot surface, forming several pieces.

Cook over medium heat until golden below, then turn over and continue cooking from the other side.

Total pancakes are fried over 2-3 minutes from each side.

Step 4: serve the mushroom pancakes.

Hot pancakes with mushrooms can be additionally sprinkled with grated cheese. It turns out very tasty! And quite satisfying, so you can at least for breakfast, at least for a snack.
