Potato casserole with minced pork


  1. 6 large potatoes

Beat the eggs until smooth, and then mix them thoroughly with fat sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sour cream fill into your future casserole.

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees and send a potato casserole to it. Cook for 30-40 minutesuntil the top is well browned.
