Baked Beetroot and Bean Pasta


  1. Beans 1 cup
  2. Beets 2 pieces
  3. Garlic 1 head
  4. Onion 1 piece (large)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Olive oil to taste
  8. Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  9. 1/2 teaspoon basil

Step 1: chop the vegetables.

Peel and cut the beets into thin slices. Cut the onion in half rings. Disassemble the garlic into the cloves, but do not peel, peel after baking.

Step 2: cook the beans.

Soak the beans in the evening in cold water, and then boil until tender, not salt.

Step 3: bake the beets.

Lay out the pieces of beets, onions and garlic on parchment, transfer it to a baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Pour in olive oil and bake in preheated until 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes.

Step 4: mix in a blender.

Baked vegetables (do not forget to peel the garlic) and beans in a blender and mix until smooth. Add salt to taste, you can add a little olive oil and spices.

Step 5: serve a paste of baked beets and beans.

Pasta from baked beets and beans is spread on a bun or crackers. It turns out a great snack. Bright and very tasty.
