- Pasta 150 grams
- Water 1.5 liters
- Salt to taste

- Canned tomatoes in own juice 1 jar
- Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons
- Champignon mushrooms 400 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Main ingredients: Onion, Tomato, Mushrooms, Pasta

Frying pan, kitchen knife, spatula, pan.
Step 1: cook pasta.
Throw pasta into boiling salted water. Cook to al dente. The exact time is indicated on the label (you need to cook on 30 seconds less than necessary until ready).
Once ready, discard the pasta in a colander and let excess fluid drain from them.
Step 2: prepare the mushroom sauce for pasta.
Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and toss the onion into it. Cook over medium heat until tender. Then add the mushrooms and continue to fry all together.
Tomatoes, canned (or frozen), cut into cubes, removing the skin and add to the pan with soft mushrooms that have already become soft.
Simmer all together until most of the water has evaporated. Add salt, basil and pepper at the end to taste. Mix well.
Step 3: serve the pasta with mushrooms.
Put hot pasta on portioned plates and pour mushroom sauce on top. Serve until cool. Very tasty and satisfying.
