Sausages with mushrooms

Sausages with mushrooms

  1. Sausages 8 pieces
  2. Mushrooms 300 grams
  3. Onion 3 pieces (small size)
  4. Tomato paste 1 spoon
  5. Vegetable oil optional
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Sausage and sausages, Onions, Mushrooms
  • Portion 3-4

Frying pan, kitchen knife, spatula, cutting board.

Step 1: fry the sausages.

Cut the sausages into halves and make cuts from each edge, which will then open, giving the sausages a mouth-watering appearance.
Throw the "octopuses" out of the sausages into a hot pan with butter. Fry until golden brown.

Empty the pan by placing sausages on a plate.

Step 2: fry the mushrooms.

Cut the onion and fry it until soft in the same oil in which you cooked the sausages. When the onion becomes soft, add mushrooms cut into thin slices to it, I have mushrooms. Continue frying until the mushrooms are as soft as onions.
Add tomato paste, salt and pepper. A little water to make a sauce. And simmer until mushrooms are cooked.
Add the fried sausages at the end and heat everything together.

Step 3: serve sausages with mushrooms.

Serve sausages with mushrooms immediately after cooking. Either with bread, but then it turns out not so satisfying, or with some simple side dish.
Enjoy your meal!
