RECIPE PREPARATION Cabbage noodles with cabbage:

We put the noodles to boil, according to the instructions on the package, after which we let them drain. We cut the cabbage faithfully.

Put the oil in a large pan and when it is hot, add the cabbage. Let it harden, about 20 'stirring so it doesn't burn. Add salt and pepper to taste and finally add the noodles.

It can be served hot or cold alike! Good appetite!

Ingredient:

  • 250 g wide noodles

  • 800 g white cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 150 g Prague ham
  • pepper
  • 2 knife tips ground cumin
  • 2 points of ground coriander knife
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 200 ml of milk
  • grated nutmeg
  • cayenne pepper
  • 200 g Emmentaler ras

Method of preparation:

Boil the pasta in salted water and drain. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Chop the cabbage. Fry the chopped onion in butter. Add sugar and caramelize. Quench with vinegar and bring to the boil. Add the cabbage and cook for 10 minutes. mixing.

Cut the ham into cubes and mix with the noodles and season the cabbage with salt, pepper, cumin and coriander. Mix the egg yolks with eggs, cream, starch and salt and pepper. Grease the soufflé form and sprinkle with cheese.

Spread the pasta and cabbage mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Pour the egg sauce and cover the bowl with a lid. Bake for 30 minutes. Raise the temperature to 210 ° C and remove the lid from the mold and bake the soufflé for about 15 minutes.


From the flour, eggs, water and salt, prepare the noodle crust, which is then spread on sheets, left to dry, rolled into rolls and cut into thin strips 1 cm wide. Sift the noodles and boil in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Then cool in cold water and strain well.

Finely chop the cabbage, salt it, rub it well, squeeze it and cook it in hot lard.

After the cabbage is cooked, add the noodles, pepper and season to taste.

Noodles with Cabbage I

Choose a cabbage head that is thicker so we can grate it on the large grater. Grate the cabbage in a bowl and put a little salt on it, mix it well and let it sit for about 5 minutes. After this time, squeeze the juice well. Put the 150 ml of oil in a hot pot and put the sauerkraut. Add salt to taste and ground pepper. Cook until the cabbage softens well. Stir constantly.

In another bowl, boil the water with salt and when it boils, put it in the noodles for 5 minutes to boil, then turn off the heat and leave it in the pot covered for about 3 minutes. Strain, wash under running water, mix with sauerkraut. Separately, whoever wants can cut some smoked bacon into cubes and fry them and then they can be placed on top of the cabbage noodles.

If we don't add fried bacon, we get an excellent fasting menu.

Remove any old outer leaves of the cabbage, then peel the cabbage and cut it thinly. Simmer the cabbage in the hot oil, adding a little water and stirring until the cabbage softens and turns brown.

Boil the noodles in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the noodles and mix them with the sauerkraut, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the portions with sugar and ground black pepper, so that each one adds to the plate to taste.


Noodles with cabbage

I really like cabbage noodles but for sentimental reasons I rarely do. It is a dish that my mother prepared and always brought to me. As my husband was not and is not fond of such a thing, I did not bother to do it just for myself, I was happy every time my mother came with a full pan.

It's as if I can still smell the hardened carp and pepper. The food my mother made was always better and tastier. Now, unfortunately, if I feel like it, I have to make it myself, but they don't taste like what my mother made anyway.

Ingredient: 1 fresh cabbage, Arnos broad noodles, a tablespoon of oil, salt, pepper, garlic

Method of preparation: clean and finely chop the cabbage that is placed in a pan with a tablespoon of oil to harden. If necessary, add a little water and let it soften well and turn brown. When it is ready, season it with garlic given through the press, salt and pepper. Leave it on the fire for a while, then mix it with the boiled and drained noodles. Mix both components and serve with great appetite.
