Beans Pilaf

Chopped onion in vegetable oil added chopped onion (4pcs) and fried until golden brown, then laid out pieces of fish (0.7kg). After a few minutes, I added carrots (1pc), chopped into cubes (preferably more) and a jar of red beans. Pour washed and soaked rice (2 tablespoons) into a pan, close the lid until all the liquid has been absorbed into the rice. With the lid open, the pilaf cooks until the rice is soft, then turned off the fire and with the lid closed, let it sit for fifteen minutes.
