Pork neck on the tray

Wash the neck and put it in a pan with hot oil, turn the meat on all sides to close the pores and the juice to remain inside the neck.

Add the ketchup, salt, pepper, paprika and onion, finely chopped garlic and pepper, add a cup of water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Prick the nape of the neck with a fork and if it enters the meat easily, remove the nape and cut it into the desired thickness, place them in a tray.

We make the vegetables paste with the help of the blender and we dessert them over the slices of neck in the tray and a glass of wine.

Heat the oven and introduce the steak at a temperature of 200 degrees until the meat gets a reddish crust, about 20 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes and tomato and cucumber salad or with your favorite pickles.
