Donuts "Hearts"

Ingredients

Dough

  1. Flour 500 grams
  2. 6 egg yolks
  3. Sour cream 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon
  6. Butter 1 tablespoon
  7. Alcohol 0.5 cups

Additionally

  1. Vegetable oil or bacon optional
  2. Icing sugar for decoration

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Sift flour with baking powder and pour on the countertop. Make a deepening in the flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to knead a uniform dough.
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut out the hearts.

Step 2: fry the donuts.


In a deep frying pan, heat oil or lard and dip the hearts from the dough into it.
